Day 5 - Stabilization

I weighed 136.4 this morning which is a gain of .6 over yesterday. That's okay. I can swing as much as 2 pounds above or 2 pounds below my LIW.

Breakfast: 226 cal 1 c cottage cheese with fresh peach and stevia

Snack: 270 cal organic trail mix, apple cobbler with stevia and cinnamon

Lunch: 260 cal BOCA burger with mustard, 3 slices swiss cheese

Snack: 165 cal 3 rye melba toast, 3 wedges laughing cow cheese

Dinner: 387 cal mixed organic greens with Bacon Ranch Dressing, 1/2 cucumber and one whole tomato, pan grilled halibut

Late night snack: 190 cal organic trail mix

Grand Total: 1498 calories
