I weighed 136.4 this morning which is a gain of .6 over yesterday. That's okay. I can swing as much as 2 pounds above or 2 pounds below my LIW.

Dinner: 387 cal mixed organic greens with Bacon Ranch Dressing, 1/2 cucumber and one whole tomato, pan grilled halibut
Late night snack: 190 cal organic trail mix
Grand Total: 1498 calories
