Day 16 - Stabilization

I weighed 136.8 this morning.

Breakfast: 140 cal organic greek yogurt

Snack: 260 cal organic trail mix, cheddar cheese stick

Lunch: 250 cal salsa chicken salad

Snack: 246 cal cottage cheese with fresh pear

Dinner: 250 cal grilled ground turkey with salsa and salad, 1 slice swiss cheese

Late night snack: 240 cal organic trail mix, string cheese stick

Grand Total: 1386 calories

I also worked out with a friend today. I am training her with the "Couch Potato to 5K" running program. So we jogged/walked about 2 miles in 30 minutes.
