Day 21 - Stabilization

I weighed 136.4 this morning. TOM is making his monthly visit...I was actually expecting a bit more of a gain with that and the extra calories from my mom's house last night (I had about a 2 inch square of the cake she made, and a 2 inch square of mint chocolate brownies. Everything else I ate was within protocol, though probably larger of a portion size than normal...but I certainly didn't overdo it!)

TONIGHT is our anniversary. We all were assigned different courses that we are going to choose and make. Mackenzie got the appetizer so she is making deviled eggs. I got the salad, so I am making a healthy Broccoli salad, Brian is making a healthy recipe of apple chicken in the crockpot. Alex is making an ooey gooey lush and rich dessert of marshmallow fluff, rocky road ice cream, white chocolate chips, and more...

Breakfast: 140 organic greek yogurt

Snack: 230 cal organic trail mix, 1 swiss cheese slice

Lunch: 295 cal salad with lettuce, tomatoes, and bacon ranch dressing. BOCA Burger

Snack: 130 cal 2 melba toasts with 2 laughing cow cheese

Dinner: ???? Deviled eggs, Broccoli salad, apple chicken, a bit of YUMMY dessert

Late night snack: 85 calories miracle noodle's with squash, mushrooms & onions

Grand Total: 880 + lots more calories for our ANNIVERSARY dinner! :)
