Day 17 - Stabilization

I weighed 136.4 this morning.

Breakfast: 210 cal cottage cheese with fresh strawberries

Snack: 450 cal 2 servings of organic trail mix, 2 cheddar cheese sticks

Lunch: 250 cal grilled ground turkey with salsa and salad, 1 slice swiss cheese

Snack: 165 cal 3 rye melba toast with 3 laughing cow cheese

Dinner: 270 cal salad with lettuce, tomatoes, and bacon ranch dressing. 1 can crab.

Late night snack: 240 cal organic trail mix, string cheese stick

Grand Total: 1655 calories

I jogged/walked again for 30 minutes with a friend.
