DAY 20 - Stabilization

I weighed 135.8 again this morning.

Today: 135.8
+/- difference: -1.2 pounds

Breakfast: 246 cal cottage cheese and strawberries with stevia

Snack:

Lunch: 295 cal salad with lettuce, tomatoes, and bacon ranch dressing. BOCA Burger

Snack: 230 cal organic trail mix, 1 swiss cheese slice

Dinner: This was at my mom's house in celebration of me and hubby's anniversary (officially tomorrow). BBQ ribs, carrots, salad (and a wee bit of dessert?)

Late night snack: 85 calories miracle noodle's with squash, mushrooms & onions

Grand Total: 856 + lots of calories at mom's house
