Day 13 - Stabilization

I weighed 135.8 this morning, for a loss of 1 pound. I would say I am mastering the stability of my stabilization phase! :)

Breakfast: 246 cal cottage cheese with fresh pear

Snack: 260 cal organic trail mix, cheddar cheese stick

Lunch: 275 cal 2 hard boiled eggs, salad with tomato and bacon ranch dressing

Snack: 165 cal 3 melba toasts and 3 laughing cow cheese

Dinner: 250 cal grilled ground turkey with salsa and salad, 2 slice swiss cheese

Late night snack: 260 cal organic trail mix, cheddar cheese stick

Grand Total: 1456 calories
