Day 2 - Maintenance

I weighed 136.6 this morning. TOM is still here in all his glory. I am happy to be starting to count calories again today.

Breakfast: 246 cal cottage cheese with fresh pear with stevia

Snack: 230 cal organic trail mix, 1 swiss cheese slice

Lunch: 295 cal salad with lettuce, tomatoes, and bacon ranch dressing. BOCA Burger

Snack: 500 cal 2 servings of organic trail mix, 2 string cheese

Dinner: 150 cal Miracle Noodle Alfredo with shrimp and zucchini (YUM!)

Late night snack: 195 cal 3 laughing cow cheese wedges, 3 melba toasts

Grand Total: 1616 cal

Running today with Melissa, and also started P90x with Brian.
