Day 18

I weighed 146.5 this morning, so that is a loss of -.3! :) That's what I am talking about.  And yesterday I would say I had very yummy meals!

0 cal Almond Sunset tea
150 cal chopped sirloin with Old Bay
12 cal onions
35 cal beets
80 cal apple
115 cal Catfish fillet (oops, I don't think I was supposed to have this)
55 cal asparagus
