I seemed to have stalled over the weekend. I was eating all my foods later in the day, so that could be why. Funny, I didn't stall over my period! :) I also know it is going to get harder and harder for me to get down to 130. Mainly because I am working out, and I am exchanging fat for muscle, which, of course, weighs more. But I can tell how I am becoming more lean by the way my pants fit.
